New Release: PIONEERING

I’m pleased to announce that PIONEERING by K’Anne Meinel is now released in audiobook format! PIONEERING is the epic sequel to CAVALCADE, and continues the story of Molly and Erin Herriot and their adopted children as they settle on their land claim in Oregon in the 1840’s.

Cavalcade and Pioneering are part of the Vetted series, but their stories are able to stand alone.

From the Publisher:

One family’s saga had just begun…

In the epic sequel to Cavalcade, we learn what happens to the Herriots when they arrive in Oregon and take up their claim. Erin and Molly arrive in Oregon with their family where they have been granted six hundred and forty acres of land under the Organic Laws of Oregon. They must build their home, farm the land, and eke out a living on this piece of raw land. Wolves, bears, and wildcats are the least of their worries in this new land. Hard work and trusting that each will do their very best are the keys to conquering the wilderness as they pioneer their lives on the high plains of Oregon! Come along as the Herriot family lives a life few have attempted in this wilderness near the Blue Mountains of Oregon.

You won’t want to miss Pioneering, the final half of the fantastic pair of prequels to Vetted and Vetted Further!

The audiobook version of PIONEERING is available exclusively on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes.

Audiobook Released: CAVALCADE

I’m pleased that CAVALCADE by K’Anne Meinel is now released in audiobook format! Cavalcade tells the story of two young women, Molly and Erin, who fall in love, adopt a family, and take the adventure of a lifetime traveling across the country on the Oregon Trail in the 1840’s.

Cavalcade has received positive recognition from the The Lesbian Review, and was chosen as one of April’s Top 10 Books for 2018.

Hope you enjoy listening to their story as much as I enjoyed narrating it.

From the Publisher:

Molly didn’t know what kind of life to expect when she fell in love with Erin Herriot – her schoolmate, her best friend, and a woman. She had been grateful for Erin’s friendship when the bank swindled her after selling her parents’ farm and she was invited to live on Erin’s parents’ farm.

After making the difficult decision to live life as ‘man and wife,’ Molly gladly accepted the challenges before them. Together, they made the decision to sell Erin’s farm and embark on the journey of a lifetime…on the Oregon Trail. Erin couldn’t give Molly children; however, she could love her forever.

But leaving the area where they had both grown up and where everyone knew the women was the only way they could be together without questions about the true nature of their relationship.

Come along on their adventure as two women cross the country, adopt a family, and begin a life that neither had imagined possible growing up in the mid-1800s.

The audiobook version of Cavalcade is available exclusively on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes.

Audiobook Now Available: LOVE ON A TRAIN

I’m excited to announce that the audiobook version of Love on a Train by Colleen L. Donnelly has released and is now available! I thoroughly enjoyed narrating the story of Martha told through her own novel about falling in love with a man on a train. Martha’s journey of self-discovery while searching for love parallels my own journey with audiobook narration – discovering my love was in telling stories.  I hope you enjoy this narration as much as I did.

From the Publisher:

The moment Martha noticed Raymond on the train, everything her mother warned against erupted – romantic notions, palpitating heart, the desire to write it all in a novel and tell the world.

Martha lived and wrote that love story until the day Raymond handed her a sketch. “Want to see a picture of the girl I plan to marry?” The penciled profile resembled Martha… But when Raymond went away, she knew. She wasn’t the girl he planned to marry.

David was her father’s apprentice, everything Martha’s mother said made a good husband – hardworking, no romantic tendencies, no tolerance for writing about it.

Martha added a fictional happy ending to her and Raymond’s story and published it. Cleansed herself of romantic love, ready to marry David. Until a copy of her book appeared – full of sketches – Raymond’s version of their love story – drawings that enticed her heart to beat once again.

The audiobook version of Love on a Train by Colleen L. Donnelly and narrated by Amy Deuchler is available exclusively on Audible, Amazon, and iTunes.
